All your files are where you want them to be and you can clear out the space behind their PC and make some really nice scenic backgrounds so your boss looks like he has an office on the top floor of a skyscraper and your sales reps look like they are on a beach. You can do the same with your desktop as you can do with the really expensive TV-blackboards. You want a cheap solution? Get everyone microphones and webcams! It is so much simpler and user friendly. People spend $55,000 remodeling a room for everyone to sit around in, then everyone else remotes in online, and despite all that money you put into the room, all that the people online see is a bunch of guys who look like they are sitting in the back of a high school class room! Not to mention the number 1 problem everyone has is, "hold on a second, I need to find my files, this isn't like the computer in my office."
